Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-6 working days from the date of your order placement. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If you require expedited dispatch, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that all orders are dispatched from our secure storage location.

Standard Nationwide (UK Mainland) Delivery Charges

For orders of up to 12 bottles of wine, standard nationwide (UK Mainland) delivery charges are £9.

Ownership of all wines or goods ordered shall remain with Williams Family Wines until full payment is received.

Age Restriction

Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18. We are committed to upholding both our legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor.

By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and, furthermore, that the person receiving the shipment of wine is over the age of 18. If our delivery partners are in doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request the appropriate ID. If the person receiving the goods is unable to provide the appropriate ID, delivery will be declined.

Deliveries Outside UK Mainland

At present, our website does not support overseas shipments. For deliveries outside the UK mainland, please reach out to us via email to request a quote. The cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Rest assured, there is no obligation to accept this quote - you will have the opportunity to review it before confirming your purchase.
