From our boutique winery in Cambridgeshire, we carefully craft each wine with unwavering attention to detail, ensuring excellence from grape to glass. The 2025 Rosé blends the finest Bacchus and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from renowned vineyards in Kent and Herefordshire. This thoughtful combination of terroirs creates a wine of exceptional complexity and character.
Delight your senses with an inviting bouquet of elderflower, rose petal, and peach, lifted by bright notes of lime and grapefruit. On the palate, vibrant summer fruits are supported by a racy acidity that brings freshness, precision, and a beautifully crisp, mouth-watering finish.
Perfectly balanced, the 2025 Rosé is a versatile companion to dishes that echo its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with goats cheese, asparagus dishes, and lightly dressed salads with citrus vinaigrettes.
