The 2025 Pinot Gris is a bright, fruit-forward expression, gently matured with a touch of oak to add texture without overshadowing its freshness. Aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and citrus blossom lead to a crisp, balanced palate of orchard fruit, subtle spice, and a softly rounded finish.
Light and refined, this Pinot Gris is a versatile food wine, pairing beautifully with creamy risottos, roasted vegetables, lightly spiced Asian dishes, and soft cheeses. Approachable yet elegant, it is equally enjoyable on its own.
