Celebrate a defining milestone with our first English Sparkling Wine. It represents an exciting opportunity to draw on the experience and inspiration gained while working with a grower Champagne house, applying those learnings to craft a truly distinctive English cuvée.
Crafted at our Cambridgeshire family winery, fewer than 200 bottles of our 2023 Sparkling Wine have been made, making it a genuinely rare and personal release. The wine is a carefully judged blend of Pinot Noir grapes from one of our partner vineyards in Herefordshire, gently pressed to release only the finest white juice, alongside Bacchus fruit from our own small vineyard in Buckden, Cambridgeshire. Together, these sites form the foundation for a wine defined by elegance and precision.
Made using the traditional method, the wine opens with vibrant aromas of crisp green apple, citrus zest and white peach, layered with subtle notes of brioche and toasted almond from time spent on lees. On the palate, it is refined and expressive, with fine bubbles, a creamy texture, and bright, refreshing acidity that carries through to a long finish.
Elegant yet celebratory, this English Sparkling Wine is a natural choice for special occasions, seafood, canapés and light dishes — or simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
