As a Wine Club member, you’ll receive 12 bottles of wine each year – 6 delivered in May and 6 in November.
Each selection is handpicked from our portfolio of wines produced in our Cambridgeshire winery.
From time to time, we may also include guest wines from other winemakers chosen to complement the case. As the club grows we may also occasionally include small-batch experimental wines created exclusively for Wine Club members.

Every shipment includes tasting notes, winemaking insights, and suggested food pairings. You can also purchase extra bottles of your favourites, with priority access to future allocations and an exclusive member discount.

Your membership also includes two vouchers for our wine tasting events throughout the year. Bring a guest, gift them, or use both yourself to enjoy guided tastings and connect with fellow lovers of English wine.

As a WFW member, you'll enjoy a host of benefits throughout the year. Membership benefits include:

- As the club develops we may occasionally include experimental wines and small batch wines made by us which are not available elsewhere, which have been made for the WFW wine club members.

Through the WFW Wine Club membership you can enjoy all of this for a monthly payment of £22 per month.
Your one-off joining fee of £50 covers the set up of your membership and delivery of two wines which we aim to deliver within 10 days of joining.

Please note, if you join the club without building up 6 months of subscription payments, you will receive one bottle for each month that has been paid prior to the delivery date. The highest value bottles will be excluded from the case first (to contribute to covering the delivery cost).

You can cancel your membership at any time with one month's notice.

FAQ's

What does my membership include? Your membership includes: 12 wines a year, free delivery on all Wine Club wines, a 10% discount on all wine purchases, priority access to new wines ahead of general release, and a voucher for two to join one of our public wine tastings or (as the wine club grows) other member only events
When will I receive my wine? Six wines will be sent to you in May and six will be sent in November.
Is delivery included? Yes, each box of Wine Club wines will be delivered free of charge (UK mainland). Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international delivery or free delivery on other orders.
How much does it cost? You can receive all of these Wine Club benefits for a monthly payment of £22 per month and a joining fee of £50. Should we need change our fees, you will given a minimum of one month's notice and the option to terminate your subscription before the new fees come into effect.
​How do I know if this is value for money? The two boxes of wine you receive will have a different retail value based on the wines which have been selected. We want our members to feel special and enjoy being part of an exclusive club, therefore over the year we guarantee that the value of the wines plus the other membership benefits will exceed the annual membership price.
How long is the subscription period? You can join at any point in the year. Please note, if you join the club without building up 6 months of subscription payments, you will receive one bottle for each month that has been paid prior to the delivery date. (e.g. Joining in January = 4 months out of 6 months paid prior to May, resulting in a delivery of 4 bottles to you in May). The highest value bottles will be excluded from the case first (to contribute to covering the delivery cost).
What if I sign up after an allocation has been sent out? If, for example, you sign up in June after the May allocation has been sent out, you will unfortunately have to wait till November to receive your first box of wine. You will however receive your member pack within 10 days of sign up which includes your joining information and two bottles of wine.
How and when can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your membership at any time with one month's notice. If you do this you will receive on the next delivery date the number of bottles for each month you have paid for from your last delivery. (e.g Last delivery in May, Cancelled after two payments in June = two bottles delivered in November). The highest value bottles will be excluded from the case first (to contribute to covering the delivery cost).
​​​​What happens at the end of the membership period? Your membership will automatically renew each month. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must email us at membership@williamsfamilywines.com giving one month's notice. If you cancel your membership, your place in the Wine Club will be offered to someone else. If we don’t hear from you, your membership will automatically renew. We reserve the right to cancel individual memberships by giving one month's notice. Should we need to do this, the number of bottles due to you (based on the number of payments made) may be provided on or before the next delivery date.
